Calista threw herself over the fountain ledge to try and help Ethan out, a worried look screamed across her face. She began to help him up, but he looked at her and told her he was sorry. She shook her head vigorously, why did he have-- Her body jolted as the person in front of her changed forms rapidly. Her body hit the ground as she looked up to the large figure of a bird. Well, that was interesting. She stood up off the ground as a voice burst from the lungs of the person she no longer recognized. Her mind was fuzzy as if she had been hit a million times, she didn't know how to react. Why was she so ill prepared for this? She had watched humans live for millions and millions of years yet every time she turned around in here, something new struck. She took a few steps back out of caution, her body felt limp as she couldn't seem to catch a break. She had felt so many new emotions in the last few days and yet there were more and more that hit her like tidal wave. "I.. I am sorry, but.." She didn't even know what to say? Where should she begin? Should she ask you he is also? She shook her head, taking her eyes off of the bird. She tucked her hair behind her ear. "I'm Calista." Her voice continued to grow small, but soon she her a roaring introduction. Leo could feel Calista's emotions from millions of miles away, and her uneasiness made him defensive. She looked up to hear his growls and roars until she could see his body circling the garden where he could not land without absolutely destroying it. She looked back down towards the man like bird and bowed. "I am sorry, but my companion is sickly worried about me." She turned and walked calmly when really all she wanted to do was run. She turned back.. "When you find Ethan.. Or.. See him.." She took a deep breath but decided it was a useless battle to try. She turned and ran as fast as she could before leaping in to the air where her loyal dragon scooped her from mid air and carried her off. She laid herself on his shoulders, feeling an abundant amount of emotions. They all rattled inside her as she contemplated everything she had experienced in the last day or two. She groaned, rubbing her face in to the soft small fur that lined his neck. 'You're thinking too hard Mistress.' She couldn't agree more, she was over thinking. She just needed to let things happen but one habit she needed to break, was the running away. She disappeared every chance she got, but she just didn't feel ready to face the real world. Leo had settled down in the large field they once were, with a reassuring smile Calista headed back to the school while Leo rested from his long journey. She went to the library, pulling any kind of book she could find and sat down to try and read as much as possible.
