Like for example Akoiji(or Kaizo) his induction was fighting everyyyy member to see if he was worthy, now he won but he had reasons he is literally incrediably strong, stronger than the average Shinigami, so while you may not win, the fact that you held your own against that many people should be good enough to get you in
