Everyone but the doctor, Emma, and Lauren left the room. Brianna's still incapacitated in a bed.

The doctor is currently treating the unconscious Lauren so that's the only thing Valentina could really look upon. She could try sneaking out and run into the other group I suppose but I don't think that would get you anywhere.
