@Innue,do you know of Hunter x Hunter's Kurapika right? 
I was wondering if I could make a jutsu based on his chains, of course it won't be hax and I'm going to apply tedious conditions, it's usually for police stuff and interrogation.

My idea is, "The more you struggle, the hotter it gets." It is meant for forcing out info on the target, any ideas?
