It's fine that he's working all day, he's supposed to. What I didn't enjoy was that it's his first day. I don't think his birthday is on the New Years... Is it? If it is then carry on... 

I'm just a tad jagged that it seems no one read the first post, Lucy is an exception as it was said in her CS. No one said it was their first day in their CS. Because no one read the OP, they miss out on important information. Plus it was hard creating the first post with constant errors and such. It's just me being a nitpicker, sorry everyone.
