Peter shrugged when she asked the question, giving a smile, his heard pounding as her hand touched his arm. As he tried laying down, he went on his elbows, his arms flexing a bit as he did so. The pain was irritating, but he wanted to have Lexi laying down in his arms. He was able to lay down successfully. He looked up at Lexi with a smile, reaching out his hand slowly to her cheek. "I wanted to apologize..." He said quietly, looking at her. "I've not been the best boyfriend these past few days... It's all these things going on, with Harry and Spider-Man, and homework... You've been there for me for years, and especially now. And words can't describe how much that means to me. How much you mean to me..." Peter smiled. The world would be a very dark place if he didn't have Lexi Rogers in his life. "Now that i've proven I can lay down... the question now is can you?" Peter said with a small wink and smile.
