I have made some tweaks to the military to make it all more Victorian/Edwardian themed or generally steampunk accepted and rest assured that (aside from giant airships) everything either existed in Victorian times, something very like it did or in a few select cases something very like it existed in WW1. (That's the STAG units) and they are no more powerful than anything that existed in WW1 or could really easily have existed without any real inventing.
