When I watch a movie or anime, I tend to get stuck on some details more than others and I feel the need to find an explanation for them... so as I find an explanation I like to try to find other people to discuss them with >.>

and the biggest supporter for my theories I believe is the fact that none of their features change in game. Hair doesn't grow, nor do they cut it. none of the children have matured in two years either... yet when Kirito finally wakes up, his hair is down to his shoulders. So everything taken for the game would have been when they first put the headset on.
