Sakaki threated to cut out an accountant's 'useless eyes', since the guy made a small error in filing a tax return...of course, the mistake was fixed as soon as it was notices, but the guy did quit the very next day and hadn't been seen in the city since. Crazy is part of the business mindset, Kiku is an adorable younger brother type to him.
