[b]Avery[/b], we have Guy Fawkes Day on the 5th. Most people have forgotten the real meaning of it but it's an excuse to let off fireworks. And the State Opening of Parliament happened every November from like the 1500s till 2011, but it happens in May now because of the change in legislation regarding fixed-term Parliaments. It's all just pomp and ceremony anyway though, but then most things involving the Royal Family are entirely pomp and ceremony these days anyway :P
