The thought of sharing a room with this “Alexi” made his blood boil, but Erik knew full well that he had no choice. That sweet, sweet blood was so close. The scent of the human's blood both enraged and intoxicated him simultaneously. He was silent for several minutes before he finally began to speak. “Who's to say I won't break through these chains and kill you in your sleep, Alexi?” the vampire asked, showing his fangs as he smiled at the human drinking that lovely glass of red wine. “I do not usually devour humans, but for a slaver and kidnapper like yourself, I think I might make an exception,” he hissed. But deep down, Erik knew he was just blowing angry smoke. The chains were unbreakable, and the more he struggled against them, the weaker he became. So long as that damn human did not come within the radius of the chains, he could do nothing to him. He was simply doomed to smell that intoxicating scent of blood that threatened to send him into an even deeper hunger. “Why did you put me in here with you anyway? Surely some dungeon cell is more suited to this business. Unless of course you just wanted to stare at me like some fucking zoo animal,” Erik commented, intentionally cursing just to try and rile the Lord.
