'Illness' means [i]a disease or period of sickness affecting the body or mind[/i], so a 'Mental illness' is a [u]disease-like sickness within the mind[/u], which does not apply to Asbergers, because the closest physical equivalent of Asbergers I can think of at the moment would be being born with a somewhat different organ arrangement that still works.
