[hider=spoilers]Well, it's unclear, but there are two possibilities so far as I can tell.

1 - He killed her for a happy ending.

2 - He was already a bit bloody and cut up when it showed him fucking the chick, so could be their blood play stepped up a notch from what we saw and so he was a bit more bloody.

I'm kinda hoping for the latter, because I liked him having a murderous girlfriend.[/hider]
