Bio: Doctor Charles grew up in a small town just south of London, he had a small sheltered life but grew up poor. his family took 'hand to mouth' to the next level, they were behind on rent and low on food. when the 'rent collector' came a knocking and they had no money, they were told to leave. he snapped at that. he couldn't remember doing it but knows he did it. he killed a man, and not in the normal way, the man had a long metal pipe rammed down the whole of his body. 

he cannot rember any of his crimes, most of them are either for fun or for what he calls 'the greater good'. he cant even rember being caught, he just know he was.
