Waiting for the team, there was a special reason for why she had summoned them here instead of the office where missions were normally given. And there was a reason why she had called for them, instead of Hisoka. As Kensuke arrived with the mixed up team of Team 7 and Hayate, Meisa simply waited and watched them as they came near. With Kensuke's rather casual greeting, Meisa nodded as she examined the genins that were with him. She had already read some of their profiles and each one was interesting. Placing her hands on her back, Meisa held her usual smile on her face while she was about to brief the team.

[b]''Yes, I will. Now, I want to give you this special mission that is need to be dealt with. There are however some conditions. As I am aware you're all genin, experienced,''[/b] With that word, she glanced at Hayate's direction. Being aware that the boy had received some training, likely to be harsh and grim, from Kiyomi, Meisa expected him to be at least more experienced and trained than the other two. [b]''or inexperienced.''[/b] This time she looked at Ezuri and Shisen. Both of them were more or less fresh graduates from the Academy. Never having been on a mission, this one would prove some interesting results.

[b]''However, the Hokage needs a small team to deliver a quick and hard strike. There have been some bandits sighted that are grouping together. Its unclear what their goals are, but we are fearing that they are trying to take over the local region they reside in. Normally, we would send out a more experienced team to deal with this nuisance or draw some forces from the outposts, but the current situation won't allow us to do that.''[/b] Meisa explained. Her left hand went into the pocket of her pants as she pulled out a small sealed letter. Handing it over to Kensuke, she turned her gaze to the genins. [b]''This mission involves killing and disposing other people. In order that Konohagakure stays safe, we need each of you to not hold back. None of those bandits are allowed to remain alive.''[/b]

Waiting for Kensuke to head out, after destroying the small coded paper, Meisa turned her head to look over Konohagakure. She would head back soon to the Hokage Office to discuss some matters with Hisoka.
