Ability: Teleportation, Hyper-Sensory Perception, Animal Communication.
Mutations/Other: Jason's eyes were affected during the blast, not only did this turn them two different colors, but it also severed their connection with Jason's brain, in other words, Jason is blind. However, perhaps to compensate for this, Jason's other senses are heightened significantly, making his getting around a lot easier, than it otherwise would be, in fact because of this he doesn't use a cane.

Brief Personality (1-3 sentences. Don't give too much away about your character; it ruins the fun): Jason is outgoing, which is not to say that he is the world's biggest ball of energy, or that he doesn't understand suffering, rather that he has confidence and is fun-loving and always down for a good time. Despite this, Jason is fiercely loyal to and protective of his friends and has a temper that, while hard to bring out, can be shocking to say the least. 

History(What was your life like before Darkwood?): Jason is from a small town that revolved around two things, the power plant that kept the town running, and High School Football. Not wanting to have his life taken over by the town he grew up in, Jason used his natural abilities as an athlete to secure the starting wide receiver spot on the team, all the girls wanted him and all the guys wanted to be him, Jason's life couldn't get any better. Unfortunately the next day was the day of the blast, not the start of the war, but the blast that changed Jason's life forever, see somebody had messed something up at the power plant, and the whole thing was about to explode, Jason, who had just learned of the spot, and considered himself the happiest man in the world, was rushing to the next town to tell his best friend, when the bombs went off. Peddling as fast as his legs could take him, Jason wasn't going to make it, so he threw himself into a ditch, and that's where he met Lucky, a Golden Retriever/Husky mix, Lucky and Jason were shielded from the blast by a large satellite that happened to be laying in the ditch next to them. For days afterward the pair laid there, afraid to move, afraid not to, forging a friendship. The pair eventually emerged, an unbreakable bond forged in suffering. Seeing nothing, and not quite knowing which way to go, Jason started walking, eventually, (after many MANY run ins with trees) Jason happened upon a hospital, the doctors there rushed him into the ER. Days later Jason awoke, feeling fine and better than ever, especially because he could feel Lucky laying at the end of his bed. "Do you have anywhere to go?" the Doctors asked him eventually, after all the normal stupid doctor questions. "Not anymore" was the reply, Jason then felt another presence enter the room, one that made Lucky growl with suspicion, and Jason raised an eyebrow in the direction of the new, musky, scent. With that, the man told Jason that he would be going to Darkwood Academy, and Jason replied with "I have one demand, Lucky rides with me" and that is how Jason came to Darkwood Academy.
