Kido returned the hug. "You're so kind, Kiva. Thank you." After a moment, he stood up. "I'll go get the ball. I'll be right back!" Walking over to where the ball had gone off to, he smiled to himself. [i]I should...no, later. Maybe after the game.[/i] 
He picked up the ball and ran back with it to serve it back into the game.
