If you don't like it, then there are two separate routes you can go down.

1) Simply don't start threads of your own, leaving others to moderate for you
2) Don't complain

You are dealing with a large group of people, so yes. You have to act as though you are creating a thread for children.
As for why the other threads are not having such issues, it could also be narrowed down to your disrespectful behavior. I am here giving you genuine tips on how to maximize productivity in your threads, and you have insulted your writers at three different points -- and even more than that as I've seen while scrolling back pages before I've come in. You will not be respected if you cannot respect them. 
Don't forget that this is all roleplay, too. There is no "winning" in roleplay and just because you started the thread doesn't mean you can act like you're above everyone else. Everyone here is your equal.
