Ok so key:
-Anything filled pink is/was directly military/government controlled.
-Anything filled red is completely broken/abandoned/dangerous to approach
-The 6 pronged stars are guard towers.
-The pentagon in the north is the City Hall, Council headquarters
-Rectangles are all rows/collumns/blocks/clumps of large buildings. The golden square is the old Golden Mercenary base.
-Triangles are skymalls
-The 4 pronged stars are communication relays + radio towers. The pink one is military/government only
-The long orange squigly line marks the extending market district as it decreases in wealth across the three sectors
-5 pronged stars are important landmarks (not all of them, just what came to mind in the 5 minutes that it took to make this)
-The huge red circle in the middle is the center of damage caused by the Void Gate. The large red star in the dead center is where the void gate opened. The spray-paint circle around the inner spiral is where the damage begins to reduce, but note that it still damaged the whole [s]city[/s] continent.
-The HUGE rectangles with district names in them are basically... imagine like the close-quarters, mass of tall buildings and skyscrapers that you think of when hearing the word "city". Each large rectangular district is basically that. Smaller rectangles in the middle and low class districts are smaller clumps of buildings. 
-[b]NOTICE:[/b] the high class district has smaller clumps. It isn't as congested and is much more specific in its layout. The middle class is massive and not as spread out, but still beautiful. The lower class district got assfucked by aftershock tremors, and the whole Stanton District was wrecked, and now it's just a bunch of makeshift slums made of rubble. A giant shantytown. Like a shantycity.
