She was 14 at the time of the landing and her parents were both nowhere to be found. The mayor met with the captain of the ship who explained he was a friend of her parents and told him that her mother died due to a disease that had infected much of her town back home. His father then had run into bankruptcy in his small ranch and asked the captain to take her somewhere where she could live without the pain of her mother constantly being reminded to her and a place to make a living. Afterwards Natalie helped out on Yodel ranch when she could while staying at the Inn. Saving up money for five years until she could get her own plot of land started. She was able to purchase the ‘farm lot’ in Mineral town and transformed it into a small ranch. With only three cows, five chickens, two horses, and a goat she still has a long way to go. Not to mention that her house isn’t in the best of conditions and resembles a cabin. Having only two rooms, a main room with a kitchen and a bedroom. Her ranch includes a personal garden for some food to ease her wallet, but very little extra to sell there. She desires to expand her ranch to be a little larger, though she enjoys having fewer animals than most as it feels more like family, and to be able to build a windmill like the one she had back home. At first she had been quiet, but as she got comfortable living in Mineral Town she was able to come out of her usual shell. Being adventurous and teasing her friends is her thing. At times it seems she cares for her animals more than people, but after you get to know her you find out how she would put them over herself most of the time. [/center][/i]
