God dang it guys when will you realise a shot anywhere on the body in an apocalyptic scenario is a very bad idea ! XD
1) Major blood vessels and muscle tissue can be hit causing bleeding out in minute's.
2) Infections due to lack of modern medicine and proper equipment.
3) Bullets fragmenting on bone and lodging into hard to reach places.

So c'mon guys lets not die already :p
