Possibly curious. I'd try fleshing out the CS a bit more.

Strengths and weaknesses could be limited to a minimum of 2 or 3. And the ability level could be at the player's discretion but changed based on your feedback and judgment. before accepting their application.

I think this fleshed out CS would look aesthetically nicer and give more information about applied characters. Not to mention creating a character is always more fun when theirs more infomation for you to fill out.
