Personality: Betty is a smart and highly competitive person who tries to be the beast at everything she dose and like all hulks she has what you mite call an anger management problem or rather when she gets angry she becomes a problem for anyone who gets in her way she can somewhat control her power transforming at will and she remains in control of both her forms until she gets angry then she becomes a monster other then her anger problems she can be a bit aggressive even when calm she is a very protective of those she considers her friends and will kill anyone who tries to hurt them 

Bio: Betty is the daughter of a general in the united states army whose job was to hunt down and capture the hulk he was way to focused on his work and some times neglected his daughter one day when she was 16 she followed her farther and hid in one of his transport helicopters to see what he actually did for a living however during a fight with the hulk the helicopter was damaged and while her farther and the other solders escaped they didn't know she was on bored and ended up trapped the helicopter creased into a gamma reactor the blast should have killed her but instead she gained superhuman powers her farther decided to send her to a School that could help that control help her powers so she would hopefully use learn to use them for the good of humanity
