Since my first application I've realised is quite similar to another I'm doing another female and I'll make (if allowed) a secondary male character since there is an abundance of women at the moment.
Name: Affera (Ah-fair-ah) Arabella. Gender: Female Age: 18 Appearance: Personality: She is an Orphan taken in by the Pastor, she is quiet and demure in his presence, answering his requests with a yes sir or no sir as the situation takes her but she is a bit of a tomboy when allowed to free roam the halls of the church and the woodland that borders it. Loving to climb to get a better view of their modest town and to 'out do' the boys. A streak of 'wilderness' emanates from her and she has a strong bond/consideration of the natives that live here. Though her opinions are kept to herself, one might catch a glimpse of a hawk feather or bear claw or some other trinket from her regular meeting of a native boy as the priest and others do trade with them. She seems to get on better with the native children than Puritan children but is often used as a sitter and considered, despite her hardships, quite eligible. The pastor now trying to arrange a suitable match for her in her parents stead. Background: Her family came over the Arabella and as such are one of the 'founding' families of Warren and considered quite a respectable name, due to an outbreak of Syphilis and disease her father, a farmer, died during the Spring and her mother quickly followed from her grief and a carriage accident. Before their deaths the family often visited the trades between the Natives and it was there that Affera made her friend 'Red Bear' a boy a few years older than her and just as curious, both parents seemed cautious of one another but the children played and spoke while the adults traded. Her boisterous nature often considered a topic but brushed off with good humour and the promise she'd brush it off the coming years. After her parents death she was schooled by the Priest in how to be a woman and in matters of faith and for the most part she calmed down considerably but she still spoke to 'Red Bear' when at the trades and often they exchanged trinkets with one another as well as recent news and matters of faith, their friendship considered odd to the Puritan boys and their mothers but the Priest assumed it pure. Even still there were times he'd lock her in her room to prevent her seeing Red Bear, it was those times she had learned to climb and hide trinkets in the hollow of a certain tree.

Name: Nechemia (Neck-ah-my-ah) Winthrop Gender: Male. Age: 20 Appearance: (looking for a decent picture) Personality: He's polite and well mannered around the women folk but once around men -not boys he will not spend time with boys- he will adapt to fit their behavior, taking back many an adult conversation to snicker and speak of with his more 'childish' friends who have yet to grow up. While he is considered eligible his parents have yet to find a match for him and so he currently harbors quieted feelings for a local girl. He can be arrogant and naive at once and has no idea how to speak to women. Background: (WIP need dinner)
