Appearance: (might add picture in a bit) Standing at 6'1" Connor has light brown hair, and dark blue eyes, His straight hair is neatly combed and parted in the middle.

Attire: He is usually smartly dressed where a pair of black slacks with a white button shirt and a skinny blue tie, his head will commonly have his fedora sitting on top, and his black shoes are always polished off.

Arcana: Justice 

Weapon: Flintlock Pistol and Tonfa

Personality: Connor is a very intelligent young man, though those around him would say he is cold and logical in every degree. He always does what is needed for the greater good, regardless of the cost, he doesn't mind playing the villain for justice's sake. This being said, he isn't heartless, he just has to walk a hard road as he continually strives to bring order, and usually involves himself suffering in the process.

Backstory: Conner is a young rookie on the police force, though he still has yet to receive the standard uniform as he is also inspecting the police force to weed out any corrupted officers. He has always fought for what is right even through his younger years in school, picking fights with any and every bully, believing that the means of violence was to bring about a worthy end of their "tyranny". This mindset has carried with him even into the police force, he would have been promoted for his excellent example of valor, and all the work that he puts in, if not for some in higher positions not wanting him to "climb up the ladder" in the force so quickly, and for the fact that they fear him. He has built himself quite the reputation as well with how he gets all his jobs done, finishing them in excellent time, but not always using the most moral ways to finish, such as in one case when someone was being held hostage and instead of trying to negotiate, he simple shot the criminal in the head, ending the problem, whilst also traumatizing the victim.
