Shu frowned a little at Takeshi before Yumi shouted over, his eyes immediately darting to her before he rushed on over to the door. He didn’t want to be anywhere near the food when Viral was released, but even by the door he didn’t feel completely safe. He had no idea whether Viral was hostile or completely settled after everything was said and done. Watching as Takeshi slowly unwrapped the package and revealed the meat, he looked to Yumi again and watched her as she pressed Viral’s back end to the ground. He was definitely not happy about that and who knows if he would straight up attack them and ignore the meat altogether; otherwise, this adventure was definitely turning out to be pretty dangerous. Watching as Takeshi eventually returned, he tilted his head a little before looking to his hand, instead slapping at his wrist, “Eww…why does it not smell like fresh meat?” he asked up, frowning a little, “Is that even safe to eat…?” Viral continued to growl lowly as he remained pressed against the floor, not exactly feeling calm while being held down like this. He was unable to move properly and that made him mad, making him feel as if he was in a cage with restraints on. The smell of the meat wasn’t lost to him, in fact he couldn’t help but lick his nose while under the constraints, but his first concern was getting loose before he would eventually get to the meat. With ears twitching, he clawed at the ground for a moment before Yumi and Vegeta finally released him. Letting out an angry snarl, he immediately got on all fours and swiped out at the fleeing pair, looking just about ready to leap at them before the meat distracted him. Looking off towards the meat, he couldn’t help but feel compelled to go to it. Snorting and sniffing the air, he slowly rose up so he was standing on only his back legs and moved towards the smell, sniffing the air as he went. It was certainly curious, he didn’t know why it was brought to him at all, but it was still food he could eat. Growling lowly, he slowly crouched down, picked up a fish at first before he chomped into it hastily, taking large bites out of it hungrily. He didn’t care for the smell, the taste was fine for him and was definitely very appealing. He couldn’t deny his hunger over his need to get out, his drive for food being all too great for him to resist. Shu watched Viral with some fear but did manage to hold his ground as well, hoping he wouldn’t come towards them; thankfully, Viral decided to turn towards the food instead, looking too interested in it to resist. It was a little sad; he saw how much Viral struggled with eating and now he was gorging himself on food. He couldn’t work out what the problem was, looking to Vegeta as he too struggled to comprehend what was happening to Viral, “Caged…? But, you can help him, right?” he asked up, frowning, “Maybe it just takes a little bit more guessing, right? I mean…can you see anything that might help him…? It’s like he’s forgotten everything, even how to talk…”
