Althea tried to keep a cheerful smile on her face as Kali slowly passed her, but it quickly changed into a frown once the brunette had turned the corner. Althea still couldn't stop the guilt from bubbling up inside of her. Letting out a small sigh, she saw that Zac hadn't left yet. She forced herself to smile but when she made direct eye contact with him, she couldn't help but blush. Thoughts of their previous battle with the Heartless and how he courageously saved her ran through her mind again. How he jumped off the cliff side without a second thought and how he kept her safe in his strong arms... Althea shook her head to rid herself of these crazy thoughts. Zac was her best friend! She'd known him since they were kids and she considered him more of a brother than a guy. Especially since she used guys on a daily basis. This was just weird. "Um, how's your shoulder?!" She asked a little too loudly than she had anticipated. Damn nerves.
