Good idea guys, Corey's opinions Howard Pollock: He sympathizes with him and feels fairly protective over the younger, meeker boy and hopes to become fairly close to him in the future. Corey has always wanted a little brother. Riley Abrams: He also feels fairly protective over her and tries to give encouragement, support and an ear/shoulder when possible. Madison Ranger: He is often annoyed by her bitter personality but tries to remain patient and avoid returning her violent outbursts (which is difficult given his disorder) he knows its not completely her fault and that she's had a hard life, but he still has to work at being patient with her. Declan Murphey: Corey thinks of Declan as a kindred spirit, a brother, a fellow warrior. He relates with his background of violence and loss and being of Scots-Irish descent enjoys having a good drink with someone from the homeland. I imagine them having some crazy, hilarious adventures together including but not limited to; waking up wasted in odd places they don't remember going to, bar fights, drunk arguments, trying and failing miserably to hit on women at the bar, etc. etc. Alexandra Pavlenko: Corey is involved fairly closely with keeping Alexandra hidden from the police/her parents, his background in law enforcement and clever nature aiding this endeavor greatly. Though he doesn't exactly approve of her decisions and finds her annoying and bratty on occasion, he is still unswervingly loyal and welcomes her into the group with open arms, hoping some of the others will be a positive, maturing influence. Ara El Khouri: He relates to Ara well too, sympathizing with the feeling of having your well laid plans for life suddenly derailed. For her, it was outside pressure and addiction, for him it was injury and psychological disorder. Her Middle Eastern background also gives them something to talk about as he spent the recent and active years of his life in the region. He hopes that his strong sense of self discipline will rub off on her and help her in kicking her addiction.
