That is a set of full armor I think/ ( If there is also a breastplate it is. I can't tell, cause looks a bit hilarious... x3). The GM that can answer that better is Roran Hawkins. Though the technology is advanced that they can make some decent armor, its more likely to be around the level of partial plate being one of the highest. (Meaning a set of some plat armor around the shoulders or a breastplate, while the rest is being protected by malien vest/hauburk.
