The next day, Aoba was up bright and early. He was out and about before Kuro's little session began. He had over heard a few of the medics talking about a batch of angels that had recently come from a fight with a few demons on earth. For once, Aoba wasn't curious to see them. It wasn't like they would let him see anyway. He would've gotten in the way, so the medics said. Instead, Aoba was packing his kit with stuff for Kuro. The focused packing made a few of the medics watch in curiosity. "What are you doing now kid? You know they won't let you in to the ward. Why do you keep trying?" Some of the medics felt sorry for his constant attempts, and constant failures. But it wasn't like they did anything to help him. Aoba glanced up at them with a smile and closed his kit. "I'm not worried about them today. Mr. Fenrir gave me an important job to do!" He noticed more angels become rather curious due to the mention of the head staff. "And what would that important job be?" One angel asked with a teasing tone. This made Aoba puff his cheeks a little. He wouldn't admit to having negative feelings toward them all, mainly being annoyance and frustration. He was taught to forgive and forget, so he merely sighed. "He gave me the assignment to fix up Ku- the demon after his sessions." With that, he turned and hurried off. But as he left, he could hear the laughter of the other angels. "Fenrir is trying to get him killed! Or that kid is insane!" "What does it matter? The trash will only get worse and worse after each session he has. There's no point of that boy trying to fix him again and again." "Fenrir is probably just trying to get him out of the way." Aoba clenched his kit and forced away tears. "Why are they so...mean...?" He sighed and focused on his job. Before he went to the prison ward, he went to Fenrir's office. He walked in to see him organizing a few needles and sedatives. "Excuse me sir, I was wondering," Aoba paused seeing Fenrir pause to look at him. "If I can use one of the sedatives... to help numb the pain for-" "No. You're job is to only close the wounds he gets. His pain is well deserved. Aoba your patient is a demon not an angel, remember that." And with that, he was done with the conversation. He put his foot down, and pointed him out of the room. Once again, Aoba was shot down by his authority and all he could do was sigh and turn away to go tend to Kuro. He had passed a nurse's cart, one that was conveniently holding a set of needles... And one that he needed. But he was no bad seed. He wasn't going to take something that wasn't his. So, with the things he had, he made his way down to the only prison in heavens. The first thing that he was greeted with was surprised grunts from Red and Green. "Kid. You are one crazy angel." "Can't believe you actually accepted a stupid job like this one." Green grumbled and leaned against the wall, looking as if he'd fall asleep. Red opened the door and Aoba quietly walked in the cell to see Kuro sprawled on his back. He hurried to his side, not worrying about getting out a towel to sit on. "Where- where does it hurt the most?" He asked, not wanting to tossle him around if he was in too much pain. The bandages ge carefully placed on Kuro were tattered, making him sigh and begin carefully pulling them off. Red watched quietly, in slight curiosity while Green mumbled something about 'letting trash rot' before he slumped into a chair to try and doze off.
