So basically I've been wanting to do a sort of Cowboy Bebop -esque RP. Here is my idea of how this will go:

The majority of our solar system has been colonized and each of the colonies act more or less independently. Travel between colonies is done with large gates that act like highways between them. Space is vast and so piracy has become prominent once again. There is no shortage of corruption throughout the solar system, local governors skimming taxes, police forces running protection rackets, and many other underhanded acts of greed and debauchery but that's not what this is about. This is about us, a small group of nobodies just trying to make a buck the best way we can, hunting bounties. We weren't always Bounty Hunters and we all have our own pasts but what's important is that we're all in this together (probably) and we (mostly) work for the common goal of not starving every night. So we go from place to place, snag some jerk with a price on his head, make a profit, and move on. It's not the easiest job but it's better than starving...
