Linda was busy searching for both Dan and Matt and it was not long before she found them. It was in a private penitentiary. It was run by a secret group of people. They take young offenders in and rehabilitate to be of some sort of use to society. These rehabilitators are very strict and the inmates were on merit and demerit system. Every tiny bit of luxury item had to be earned the hard way. Their cell was a 7 foot by 6 foot room with windows that was remote controlled. The door has a window that can only be open on the outside. It was also sound proof. All of their belongings were stored in a special cabinet that has remote controlled doors as well. Video cameras were on at all times. The inmates were given the bare necessities= a twin bed, toilet, sink and a chair. I blanket, 1 pillow, 1 set of sheets. No tv or video games or books unless they are earned. A monitor tv is behind a thick plexiglass. 

When the inmate is reformed, he or she is allowed a larger room and more privacy but is not allowed to leave the building. If the inmate ever did manage to get out into the third program, they are considered rehabilitated. But yet they must prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are rehabilitated. This last program allows the inmate to live in a simulated town situation. he is given a job and a small home.

Matt never got out of level 1 but Dan was in level 3 and could be allowed to have visitation. Matt could have supervised visitation if he was on the merit side which was rare......... Linda was pleased to find this info out and took the address down,
