Ara’s relationship chart: In alphabetical order :3 Alexandra: Alex’s mischievous personality will mesh well with the brazen Lebanese girl. They will probably laugh and pull jokes together. She is likely to take the platinum blond underneath her wing and play with her like a porcelain doll. In fact, that is exactly what Ara calls Alex; Doll. In a way Ara has runaway from home but cannot return so she feels bonded with Alex in certain aspects. Corey: Ara’s family is not too fond of American culture but their bigotry did not rub off onto their daughter. She is probably more drawn to Corey because he is considered taboo. Ara has seen the uncensored News about Afghanistan many times but still could not imagine what being up close and personal to the combat must be like. She can relate to seeing some awful things and feeling disturbed but not nearly as much as Corey had to endure. She is captivated by his strength and self-control—which she does not possess. Declan: Ara understands the need to do what one must no matter what the cost. Her father is a very abrasive politician and has played dirty many times. His methods are questionable and possibly illegal but Ara never felt off-put by this. Declan needed to do what he needed to do in order to survive and she feels perfectly fine by that, and even respects him for it. She will most likely be sweet on him and playfully badger him. Howard: They probably talk the least out of the group since she is so ostentatious. She’ll likely leave him be out of respect of his timid nature. She has seen many women mistreated and beat on back home but that is the norm, and they suffer in silence. Luckily her father was not physically abusive. She does not know how to approach Howard but is there to talk with if he needs—even if she doesn’t seem like it. Madison: The reformed bombshell seems like a wildcard. Ara does not like to walk on egg shells in fear of accidentally angering or offending so they may not see eye to eye. Ara is very touchy-feely like the majority of Lebanese people and Madison does not tolerate touching. Hopefully they can be more than civil and turn out to be very good friends in time. Riley: Much like Howard, Ara and Riley may not connect right off the bat since the flame haired girl is so shy. They will probably remain tolerant of each other but may need some sort of bonding experience or push in order to become good friends. Ara is vain and would never do harm to her body--on the outside unless to modify it by ink. She does not understand how someone could do that to themselves…even though she is playing Russian roulette because of hard drugs, and slowly killing herself each time. --- Ara loves the clubs. So yeah, she'll feel at home there. ^^
