"Thanks, Spencer." Jim said as he took food, and ate it slowly. Rest and nourishment. Jim savored every moment of it, but they needed to get to work. Jim was unsure what work there was to do, though. So he thought about setting alarms. "Can you guys take care of the corpse? I'm gonna go and make some alarm system. Can never be too careful. Toss him out of the window, he won't mind." Jim borrowed a knife and walked around. He looked at the appliances and machines available in the office, which were now junk, and cut their cords. He tied them together to make a very long makeshift rope. He cut it so that there's two ropes, a long one, and a longer one. He hid the longer rope in his bag and used the shorter. He took some cans and tied them to the rope, set them in the office, and went down the stairs up until the landing below their floor. He set up the rope as a sort of tripwire. The rope, if tripped, would pull the cans at the other end, warning them of anyone, or anything approaching. It was a good spot too. Dark due to lack of windows. Impossible not to miss. He came back up and asked "What now?"
