Nero smiled and accepted the folder. Another business report of some sort, it looked like. They were a pain, but a necessary one to keep the place open. Besides, at least they were nice enough to have someone deliver them and pick them up, rather than making people go to town hall to get them. "Thank you, I appreciate your help. You have a good day." 

Alex waved at the girl from his spot next to Nero. "Bye bye! Come again soon!" He watched as she left and wandered off to the window, pulling himself onto a chair and looking outside. There were a lot of people out now, going to wherever they went, and some of them looked really interesting. He played with his tail as he continued staring at the scene out there. 

Nero, having received the papers, put them in the back room and returned to his work. He looked over to the window to see Alex watching the people outside again. He certainly was curious, but that was normal. As long as he didn't try to leave the shop on his own, Nero didn't mind. [i]We can go out after lunch. I'm sure he would like that.[/i]
