Rose's updated Shikai and history

History: Born into district 70, Rose faced hardship head on with a stubborn, headstrong outlook. This isn't to say she was happy-go-lucky, but she had her good moments and her bad. Her mother was a Shinigami stationed there, while her father was a civilian living there. When her mother's term was up, and she returned to the Seireitei, Rose stayed in the Rukongai with her dad. 

Unfortunately, her father was murdered a month after her mother left, and Rose became homeless, living on the streets. She survived through thievery and violence, and it was at least five years until word that her daughter had gone missing. Worried to the point of literal pain, she set out to find her daughter, who had spent the past five years learning to be a ghost (in the tracking sense). 

Rose, on the other hand, spent her time avoiding her mother, believing her mother had purposefully abandoned her in the month before her father died. Eventually she was caught by her mother and taken to live with her. She was then sent to the Academy where she excelled in Kidō. 

Finally getting over her sense of abandonment, her true nature emerged; she was witty, insanely smart, and knew how to handle herself. She graduated within a year, and within 3 months, gained shikai. Once she gained shikai, however, her humor turned dry and dark. She now makes her way to the Seireitei to request a position in one of the 13 Court Guard Squads. She feels that squad two's assassination tactics don't suit every situation.

Inner world: 

Sealed Appearance: Sealed, the hilt is substantially longer than most others, and is 17 inches. The blade is 3 feet long and Katana style.

Bankai appearance: Bankai not achieved yet. 

Shikai skills:
1. Mist generation: the Kubikiribōchō generates mist and fog, reducing visibility and allowing the user stealth and terror tactics. (3 post use, 4 post Cooldown)
2. Butchering Blade: Kubikiribōchō's blade glows with its user's Reiatsu and it unleashes a massive strike of vertical energy. (1 post use, 5 post cooldown)
3. Increased Strength by 10 percent for strike durability (4 post use, 4 post cooldown)
