Is being a foreigner that important? Surely you can reach into your bag of ideas and reroll a non-foreigner? Even within the 'limitations' (which, as far as limitations go, is far from actually limited), there are a thousand possibilities for an interesting character. But hey-ho, each to their own I guess.
