It's an interesting power, but I'll unfortunately have to shoot it down, mainly because, as we established with the light based powers, that energy =/= matter and since the powers that conduits hold are the ability to manipulate matter, that it's not really and applicable ability to have. Now, I forgot to mention this earlier, if there are conduits that I'm over looking that have powers that aren't based in matter, let me know, and then abilities like light and kinetic energy manipulations would be allowed. Until then though, I can't allow anything that isn't strictly matter based (keeping to the lore of the series).
