There are some flaws in the CS.

1. * high chakra reserve
* average chakra control

Nope. If you want high chakra reserves, you will have bad control. If you want average chakra control, you can't start higher than a bit above average. Average is the middle way, meaning nothing high. In order to balance it out.

I am iffy about the amount of snow he can summon from the sky. If he can rofl summon a huge load of snow, it will would be a bit... I am not sure how to word it, but its not a technique I would see a genin do. In large amounts for a group of people.

That and I was chuckling (Blame Roro cause I just had a hilarious game session with him) when I read this :

''It does no damage and will online temporarily slow down or distracts his opponent, this also an easy to counter technique''

And

''--- I got TONS of other jutsu… will be revealed during RP (needs to learn them first)---''

Why that last line? Its clear that he as a genin will learn new techniques. However, going to say you will learn a ton, is a bit risky. We had some people in the past who did that. And they received little to nothing. Cause of it shows you're either wanting too much or like to hoard( not sure if is the right word).

 And please fix the links in your summoning. I am not sure, but I won't allow a summoning that also serves as a sword (did I read that correct?) to castcamouflage jutsu. Game balance, sorry, I know it can be a huge pain, but is required to watch that.
