NPCs rolled. If anyone wants to know what system I use, it's all 6 sided dice based. A throw a few to determine a region. If the region is NPC owned, then I throw a single dice to decide 1 of 6 events. If the region is player owned, then I throw a single dice to decide 1 of 6 other events. Some of these events can lead to further dice rolls. I wont list them because I don't want the magic to go, but just so's you all know that I actually do rely on random input to keep the world more... unpredictable.
