Sorry for the vagueness. I've edited his abilities. As for him turning into Kagetane, that's basically his inner insanity taking over his body, which is linked with his powers. So without becoming taken over by insanity, he won't be able to use his abilities. He'll seem perfectly normal when in his normal state. As for what he does/acts like in his insanity, which I think is what you meant, that'll be RPed out.
