There was an earth-shaking thud as a dragon far larger than the other ones landed near them. He was a massive creature, easily three times the size of most of the dragons there. The dragons and their riders would recognize him as Kalamadea, one of the few dragons there with a truly draconic name, as he was not named by Men. As was normal for him, his physical voice rang out in speech, and it was directed towards Dynamis. "Now, there's no need for such drastic measures, Dynamis. There are other ways to warm everyone." He lay down and lifted a claw, flame erupted over it as he deposited the fireball on the ground. It lifted a few inches above the ground and remained there, despite the fact that there was no wood for it to burn. The rain hissed as it fell into the flame, but the fire didn't go out. "Now would be a good time to get some rest. We won't get much farther with this storm raging, anyway. It's getting too severe for us to fly."
