The point of the Omnitsukidō is that they go places that the other Squads can't, plus they deal with assassination and interrogation, so that's pretty much trying to take their job. If anything the Terror Corps is the Omnitsukidō but for Squad five....Don't think that'll work out honestly, but it ain't my choice.
