Sammy had just walked into the school and was looking through the papers she had gotten from the school in advance before starting the school year. "That is odd I must have left my class schedule at home." She said to herself as she took her headphones off trying to figure out where her locker was so she could put her stuff away. Her bag was just getting to heavy to carry now with all the stuff she had to pack for school. "Man this school map makes no sense at all they really need to put that compass symbol on here to help people find their way." Sam said but soon finally found it and was relieved as she opened it and started to put her extra stuff that was in her bag in the locker. But as she was doing that she heard the PA system call for her and she groaned. "Ok its the first day of school what did I do and I thought grandpa told them I hate being called Samantha.......Grandmother must have called and said something again." She said as she put the last of her things in the locker before closing it and making her way to the office.
Sam looked at the map again to find the office and she was glad her bag was lighter now for it was easier on her shoulder now. "Oh here it is the office." Sammy said as she finally found it and walked in to the room and up to the desk. "Um Hi I am Samantha Harper and can you please not call me Samantha I prefer being called Sam or Sammy." She told the lady at the desk and all she did was nodded and asked her to sit and wait for a bit and Sam groaned for she felt like her time was being wasted now and she did not want to be late on her first day of school.
