"I talk too much?" Iikka said is a flat tone. "What should I have been doing? Setting the clothes on fire, shoving that girl up against you like she was paint and you were plaster? That would have taken forever to clean up." He waved his hand dismissively. Jason rolled his eyes a little at that. Iikka was always over the top, but the way he acted towards Max and company was sticking in Jason's craw tonight. "And sure, the construction site can be a thing tonight I suppose." "Ok, let's jet." Jason said, and the two made their way towards the parking lot. The drive to the lot was short, being that Bradbury was such a small town. He parked alongside the street, looking out at the fenced off area. Jason thought for a moment then shut off the car and went out to join Iikka outside with curiousity getting the better of his law-abiding nature. He was glad he was still wearing ripped jeans, since there'd be no loss if they were damaged further. He climbed the chain link fence, swung a leg over, and jumped down.
