Personality: Maxi is one of those guys who is liked by everybody, never trying to make enemies but always fighting for what he believes in, Maxi is an outgoing, happy-go-lucky guy that is really hard to put down, especially when he's fighting them bad guys and helping people. Maxi is one to help people, usually helping anybody with problems he finds Morally okay. But being so nice has led Maxi into being very gullible, holding people he recently met close to his heart and taking in every word they say. This can and will lead him into some bad situations.

Biography: Before Maxi got his powers he was a choir boy, a good one intact, his father a pastor. Maxi's life was simple, though he didn't see eye to eye with his fathers agenda. so one day he was at a choir performance and these storm in and start shooting fire out of their hands. One of the fire balls hit Maxi and he explodes into a giant flash of light. Shooting balls of light into the attackers faces. Killing them, some people in the crowd cheered him on calling in an angel come to protect them, others called him a murderer, including his father. He was sent to Curden Cay for a year. That's when he was released by Delsin and his crew.

Power: Light A.K.A Photo-kinisis 
Power-: 
he can manipulate two versions of light that do different things. Lightbulb light (hereby known as A-type) is the most common of light he uses because its the easiest to control, with this light he can do most of his basic things, shoot light balls and beams and use his thrusters and travel short distances with his light travel. 

the next light is light given off by the sun, B-type. He only absorbs this when he needs it in the most absolute situations, this is because absorbing natural sunlight has an effect of his skin, it can cause skin cancer and it could also overload him because thee is an infinite supply of light around him. with this natural light he can do amazing things, he can heal his wounds and travel great distances at the speed of light (as long as the area is covered in natural light). He can shoot out intense beams of light and cover himself if a giant sphere of light to protect him from attacks 

his most known attacks are:
light bolt: a small bolt of light to stun targets for a moment
light rocket: a big ball of light that is made to explode of contact doing lots of heat damage to receiver.
Light cuffs: two disc like things that are attracted to the wrists and feet to restrain the person who is attacking Maxxi
 light shotgun:a burst of many light bolts doing a little bit more damage then the regular light bolt but is mostly for scare tactics.
