Well, that's the great conundrum of it all. I took the three posts of constructing a construct, but in the end, its really just a modification to my Keeper.
also, hadn't thought of the GLaDOS thing. I was inspired more by a piece of art I once saw on DeviantArt, I'll see if I can find it again later.
