I kinda thought she looked like a rat at first glance, and Rattata is a pretty well-known reference. Hannibal's the one that makes all the plans in The A-Team. The leader. 
Red Fox = Red-headed and sly looking to me.
Hit Girl = She reminded me of Chloe Grace Moretz, who played Carrie in the remake.
Bandman = That was a really bad one, but he naturally looks like the kind of guy who would be in a band.
Captain Nixon = He reminded me of Ron Livingston as Captain Lewis Nixon from Band of Brothers (another poor one).
