Well, I figured this RP was more suited to it. Just look at my character sheet; I'm about as simplistic as you can get. I'm still okay with complexity—don't feel the need to make your character plans simpler—and I see this being more verbose than most other Free RPs. However, I want this to appeal to the casual player, so I'm moving it to Free.
