Connor was shocked by her reckless driving, pulling out hurriedly, and driving off, before pulling over when they were out of sight of the stables, watching as she virtually pulled herself out of her seat belt, and grabbed the blood packet. He winced, because he knew it was cold, and knew it would be horrible. He turned away, pondering what they would have to do about keeping her in stock with blood. He would rather she not hunt, but who was he to say she couldn't? He pondered what he could do for her, but beyond giving her some of his blood daily, there wasn't anything he could do. He looked back when she had finished. "I'm sorry this is hard on you" he said softly, genuinely as he took deep breaths, and kept his heart beat slow, his breathing calm. Natural instinct wanted him to either fight or flight as she drank the blood, but he kept them in check. "If there's anything I can do, I'll do it" He said, taking out a map from the glove box, and opening it, to show her the way to the town, that they should reach before dawn.
